The engine is an amc 3602bbl carb, with a t-18 4sp manual transmission. The transfer case is a newprocess 208 and the diffs are a dana 44 front with a dana 60 rear(3. 73 gearratio). About 6 years ago the truck was taken down to the frame and sanded andcoated with por15, then top coated with satin black rustoleum. The under side ofthe cab and pick up bed were also sanded and all rust holes patched and welded,then coated with por15 & top coated with rustoleum satin black. The whole frontclip was replaced(original completely unusable) from an 83 cherokee wide tracklaredo. The fenders (inner & outer) were completely sanded down and and coatedwith por15 on the underside & then primered and painted with the original paintcode formula. The rest of the truck was repainted by the last owner quite a fewyears ago and the paint was a shade or 2 off. The clear coat i used did not holdup well, hence the look of the front fenders. Many new parts were installedduring the process and i still have most of the receipts. New energy suspensionbody mount bushings were installed and the cab mounts were sanded and new topswelded in place. Also installed were the following: new water pump, timing chain& gears, dist. When i started to build this jeep, i wanted this to be the best of the best!!! i put my 60 years of building and restoring vehicles into play. Being a craftsman and perfectionist, i spent several years on this build. I'm a body man, painter, and mechanic, and do all work myself. Then i know it's done right. Yes i know i'm asking a lot for this jeep, but this a over the top build and i have way more than this in it. Only the best parts and materials were used. Look over the photos closely, there are no blemishes. Inside was also rustproofed. 1-1/2” superlift leaf springs were disassembled and powder coated. Currie greasable towing shackles, on front. Chrome steel spring hangers. Currie steering box brace. Currie chrome alloy tie rods. Steering knuckles new oem superlift locking hubs. Rancho adj shocks. ---rear suspension--- rear differential is a currie 9” ford high pinion, nodular, 31 spline, 3:73 track lock. Differential was dissembled, media blasted and powder coated. Chrome steel spring hangers. 1-1/2” superlift springs dissembled, media blasted and powder coated. Currie greasable shackles. Rancho adj shocks. ---brakes--- currie 11x2-1/2” drum brake kit. Front are disc, new rotors, calipers, power brake booster, master cylinder. Edelbrock intake and mild cam. Quadrajet new lifters, chain, gears. Cylinder heads ported, polished and gasket matched. Corvette 2-1/2” ramshorn exhaust manifolds with high temp coating. 2-1/2” aluminized exhaust, mandral bent. Chrome s/s glass pack mufflers, s/s band clamps. Engine block was wire wheeled, epoxy primed, and painted epoxy black. Bee cool alum radiator. New oem heater core. New-mattic hood props. Aluminum oil pan. ---transmission--- pro-built turbo 350 b&m 2400 stall, converter & flex plate. Hurst pro-matic shifter. ---transfer case--- dana 300, rebuilt. Currie twin stick shifter. ---body--- steel! Tub was from calif, absolutely rust free! Windshield and frame are new oem. Fenders are new oem. Chev p/u tail lights. Gas filler moved to side. Currie rock crawler, bumpers with 2” receiver were media blasted and powder coated. ---paint--- black color is dupont base clear. Ten other colors are house of color, candy chameleon in swipes on hood and body sides, change color!!! Hood and doors nave marbleizer on sides. This is over the top, attention to detail paint work, would cost over $15,000. 00 to duplicate. ---interior--- leather power seats. Bullet proof fabricated seat mounts. Custom instrument panel, with full auto meter phantom gauges. Led directional indicators. Lecarra leather steering wheel. Smitty bilt 6-point roll bar with fabricated front mounts at door hinge pillar. (no knee bangers here). New oem black carpet. Jensen c/d player mounted in tuffy security console. ---other--- painless wiring. All stainless lines. Bikini top. 20-gallon fuel tank. Stored in my climate controlled office.
